Sources of information
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device and website activity, from Shopify and applications used by the store, from payment and fraud-prevention providers, from carriers and delivery providers, and from marketing, analytics, social-media, or business partners where permitted by law.

How we disclose information
We disclose information as reasonably necessary to Shopify; payment and fraud-prevention providers; freight carriers, local delivery providers, warehouses, and pickup locations; hosting, security, analytics, communications, advertising, customer-support, and technology providers; professional advisers; government authorities where legally required; and a buyer or successor in a merger, financing, sale, reorganization, or similar transaction. These recipients may process information under their own privacy notices.
Sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and privacy choices
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain analytics, advertising, Shopify, or partner activities may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under some U.S. state privacy laws. Where applicable, you may opt out through our Your Privacy Choices page. Where required and technically supported through Shopify, we also process recognized Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out for the browser or device sending the signal.
Cookies and similar technologies
We and our providers use essential cookies for storefront, cart, checkout, security, accounts, and preferences. We may also use analytics, performance, personalization, and advertising technologies where enabled. Browser controls can block some technologies, but doing so may prevent parts of the store from functioning. Available store-level privacy controls are described on the Your Privacy Choices page.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to provide service, maintain transaction and warranty records, comply with tax and legal duties, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention varies by data type, relationship, legal requirement, and operational need. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably required, subject to backups and legal holds.
Your rights
Depending on your state or country and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information; obtain information about categories and recipients; opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; withdraw consent; limit certain sensitive-data uses; or appeal a denied request. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Submit a request through our Contact page or email CHILTANGROUPLLC@gmail.com. Describe the right you want to exercise and the state or country where you reside. We may verify identity and authority before responding. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but we may require proof of authorization and direct identity confirmation.
Marketing communications
You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe link in the message. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional communications about an order, account, delivery, claim, or legal notice. We do not send marketing text messages unless the required consent and controls are in place.
Children
The store is intended for adults purchasing building and decorative materials and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information may contact us to request review and deletion.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and our operations. No system or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send complete payment-card numbers or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email or contact forms.
International processing
Shopify and other providers may process information in the United States, Canada, and other countries whose laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, providers use recognized transfer safeguards.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, technology, providers, or business practices. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date, and additional notice will be provided where required.
