Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup Policy applies to purchases from CHILTAN, operated by Chiltan Group LLC. Available services, prices, and delivery estimates shown at checkout control for the specific order and destination.

Online order minimum

Online checkout requires a minimum total of 10 panels, which may be a mix of eligible colors or finishes. Requests for fewer than 10 panels may be available only for local pickup by prior written arrangement; contact us before ordering. We may cancel and refund an order that does not satisfy an applicable minimum or freight requirement.

Processing time

In-stock orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment authorization and any required fraud, address, inventory, or freight review. Processing time is separate from transit time. Large, mixed-batch, special-order, backordered, or address-review orders may require additional time. If we cannot ship within the stated or legally required time, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

Local pickup

Pickup is available only after you receive a written ready-for-pickup notice. The normal preparation target is 24 hours, but it is not guaranteed. Bring government-issued identification and the order confirmation. We may require the named purchaser or an authorized person to sign. Orders not collected within the stated pickup window may incur storage charges or be cancelled where permitted by law.

Local delivery

Where offered at checkout, local delivery within approximately 75 miles of the Fort Worth area is generally charged at $150 and requires a minimum of 10 panels. Exact availability and price depend on the address, access, order size, and scheduling. An adult must be available to receive, inspect, and help unload the panels. Unless expressly purchased otherwise, delivery does not include installation, wall placement, debris removal, or movement through doors, stairs, elevators, or restricted areas.

Freight and LTL delivery

Orders outside the local-delivery area normally ship by Freight Club or another approved LTL freight carrier. Rates are calculated or quoted based on destination, weight, dimensions, access, and service level. Unless the checkout or written confirmation states otherwise, freight delivery is curbside. Liftgate, residential, limited-access, appointment, redelivery, storage, reconsignment, inside-delivery, and white-glove charges may apply. A service is included only when it appears on the order confirmation.

Transit estimates and delays

Carrier transit times and appointment windows are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier capacity, road conditions, labor events, government action, incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, and other events outside our reasonable control can cause delays. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, labor, installation, lost-profit, or project-delay costs caused by a carrier delay. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights that applicable law requires for unshipped merchandise.

Address, access, and redelivery charges

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, serviceable address, reachable telephone number, access restrictions, and delivery instructions before dispatch. Charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information, missed appointments, refusal, inaccessible premises, reconsignment, storage, redelivery, or special equipment are the customer's responsibility and may be charged separately or deducted from a refund.

Receiving and freight inspection

Panels are large and heavy. Have at least two capable people and any appropriate equipment ready. Before signing, count every package and inspect all sides. Note visible damage or shortage in detail on the delivery receipt, take photographs, and report it to us within 48 hours. Signing without exceptions can materially limit a carrier claim. Do not install or alter disputed material while a claim is pending.

Returns after delivery

Eligible returns require written authorization within 14 calendar days after delivery. The customer pays return shipping and related freight costs unless applicable law requires otherwise or we agree otherwise in writing. Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and original shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
