Two ways to buy in Texas

1. Pick up near Fort Worth

If you are within driving distance of DFW, this is the cheapest and fastest option: no freight cost, and you load the same day. Our showroom is in White Settlement, just west of downtown Fort Worth. See the Fort Worth showroom page for directions, hours, and advice on hauling nine-foot sheets.

2. Pallet freight, 10 panels and up

Outside the metroplex, ordering by the pallet is what makes the math work. Freight on one or two panels costs more than the panels do — that is simply the reality of shipping a 9-foot sheet. At 10 panels and up, the per-panel freight cost drops sharply. See wholesale and contractor pricing.

Rough freight expectations by metro

All quotes come from live LTL rates at checkout based on your exact ZIP code. As a planning guide, transit from White Settlement is typically:

• Dallas, Arlington, Denton, Waco — same-day or next-day; local delivery may be cheaper than freight, so call first
• Austin, Waco, Killeen — usually 1–2 business days
• Houston, San Antonio, Corpus Christi — usually 2 business days
• El Paso, Lubbock, Amarillo, Rio Grande Valley — usually 2–3 business days

Delivery is curbside or dock-to-dock. A 9-foot pallet overhangs a standard pallet jack, so liftgate service is not reliable for these panels — you will need a dock, a forklift with long forks, or two to three people to unload by hand.

Why the 4 × 9 size matters in Texas

Most PVC wall panels on the market are 4 × 8. Ours are 4 × 9. On a standard 8-foot wall that extra foot means you can run floor to ceiling with no horizontal seam at all, and in newer Texas builds with 9-foot ceilings it is the difference between one clean sheet and a patched wall.

Each panel covers roughly 36 sq. ft. A typical three-wall shower surround takes three or four panels.

Before you order from out of town

Pattern scale is very hard to judge from a photo, and a marble print across a full 4 × 9 sheet looks nothing like a small sample. If you are ordering a pallet sight-unseen, contact us first — we will talk you through what the finish actually looks like at full size and can arrange samples.

Read the installation guide before a wet-area install. With panels, the failure mode is never the panel — it is the substrate and the seal.
